Premature Ejaculation

How to heal premature ejaculation through Tantra Therapy?
The practice of Tantra can help to control an issue that many men suffer from.
Many men suffer silently from the traumatic effects of premature ejaculation. This common ailment has damaging physical and psychological effects. It reduces your confidence and denies you and your partner of lasting and gratifying lovemaking pleasure. Masturbation is one of the causes of premature ejaculation. Since our childhood, we have been conditioned to think that masturbation is good but, in reality, excessive masturbation weakens the PC muscles. The PC muscle is the muscle which is near the pubic bone and supports the pelvic organs.
There are three main ways of controlling premature ejaculation:
The Medical Method: Kegels Exercises
The Taoist Yoga Method: controlling premature ejaculation through Perineum
The Tantra Method: Pranic Control, which is the vital life force or energy. Its practice involves "breath control, visualization, and meditation."
It is important to visit a urologist to certify that everything is working fine physically, and that there is no health problem affecting this aspect.
In most cases, the men who come to my practice have a mental, not physical problem that causes premature ejaculation. They are usually controlling individuals, living in tension, disconnected from their bodies, stressed, and living in the future.
These individuals accumulate a lot of sexual energy that ends up coming out uncontrollably, such as in premature ejaculation. In response, what I propose is to learn to relax and to learn to breathe. People who have premature ejaculation are very tense; they accumulate a lot of pressure, and it is necessary for them to learn to relax. Relaxation allows the sexual energy that accumulates in the genitals to spread to the rest of the body, as Tantra explains.
Tantra teaches very simple techniques consisting of three steps that the practitioner will guide men to relieve this tension:
Breathing technique: with the aim of calming down.
Reiki/ Prana/ Energy Healing: giving the body time for the energy to expand by staying still.
Relaxation: Relaxing the body with Tantra Sensitive Touch and Massage.
Premature ejaculation (PME) is very common in males of all ages, and it is also prevalent in the animal kingdom. In some instances within the animal kingdom, rapid ejaculation is advantageous for delivering the sacred seeds of procreation swiftly, often to outpace competitors. However, prolonged sexual encounters in the animal kingdom can lead to specific physiological conditions that enhance arousal levels, lubrication, optimal positioning, and penetration, ultimately increasing the chances of successful procreation.
According to "The Pleasure Coach," boys often inadvertently train themselves to ejaculate prematurely during masturbation or with a partner, as they rush to avoid detection. As adults, many men overlook the potential for extending pleasure by slowing down, thereby adding a new dimension to their sexual experiences.
Traditional professionals debate the causes and treatment of premature ejaculation in men. Some attribute it to hereditary factors, noting that individuals who experience premature ejaculation often have first-degree relatives with similar experiences; however, whether this is genetic or cultural remains a subject of debate.
Other researchers have observed that men who experience premature ejaculation exhibit a faster neurological response in the pelvic muscles. Additionally, physiological complications such as urethritis, prostatitis, hyperthyroidism, obesity, and erectile dysfunction have been identified as contributing factors.
Tension in intimate relationships is also commonly cited as a cause.
Traditional treatments often involve talk therapy, recommended exercises to be performed at home, and sometimes medication. Unfortunately, most conventional therapies focus on diminishing sensations through psychological means (such as distraction), physical methods (such as the use of condoms, creams, and analgesics to numb sensation), and chemical interventions (such as medications that dull both mental and physical sensations).
The Tantric Therapy approach is more holistic and natural, actively encouraging individuals to expand their sensations and experiences.
Tantric Therapy View
Firstly, while there may be physiological components, premature ejaculation is entirely natural and nothing to be ashamed of. However, it can hinder a man's intimate connection with himself and complicate relationships.
Tantric Therapy integrates psychological, physiological, and spiritual components, offering a holistic approach. While traditional therapies can be effective, the holistic approach of Tantric Therapy is significantly more impactful in treating premature ejaculation (PME).
Comparing exclusively talk therapy to treat PME to advising someone in need of physical therapy to solely engage in conversation is akin to offering incomplete treatment. Physical therapy is vastly more effective in healing physical injuries than mere discussion; likewise, Tantric Therapy addresses the core of an individual's relationship with themselves and others, far beyond symptomatic or causal treatment.
Tantric Therapy
When working with men, I recommend a combination of individual counseling, bodywork, and couples counseling.
Psycho/Spiritual Approach
Tantric Therapy commences by gathering a comprehensive history, delving into not only sexual functioning but also developmental milestones from childhood to adulthood, familial backgrounds, and discussions about intimate relationships. Additionally, a physiological history is obtained to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Information regarding the individual's spiritual perspectives on relationships and sacred sexuality is also explored. This process is not about pinpointing problems but rather encouraging the individual to engage and open up.
In Tantric Therapy sessions, we often start by discussing and exploring the concept of Sacred Sexuality from a psycho/spiritual/sexual perspective. Recognizing the sacredness of relationships can profoundly impact one's views on intimacy, spirituality, and sexual functioning, including addressing issues like PME.
Tantra aims to awaken the Kundalini within, elevating our energy and connecting us with the Divine. This spiritual awakening not only transcends physiological manifestations of sexual energy but also fosters sustained spiritual union with oneself and between partners, leading to blissful experiences.
Furthermore, Tantric Therapy emphasizes mental centeredness, relaxation techniques, and increased awareness.
Recommendations may also include dietary adjustments and regular physical activities such as yoga to complement the therapeutic process.
Bodywork
In my practice, I often counsel and educate men on the physiology and anatomy of intimacy. A significant aspect of this education involves reviewing male physiology and anatomy, focusing on how their bodies function.
During bodywork sessions, the practitioner massages the man to induce relaxation and, breathing exercises are incorporated to promote delicate, slow breathing, further enhancing the sense of relaxation and connection. Once a comfortable level of relaxation is achieved, the practitioner may focus more intensely on areas such as the man's Lingam, perineum, and sacred spot.
These sessions often involve familiarizing the man with his anatomy in new ways or exploring touch in ways he may not have experienced before. It's important to note that whether the man becomes erect or not during the session is irrelevant, and it's common for men to ejaculate early in the process.
Muscles surrounding the perineum, Lingam, and anus are massaged and relaxed, and various aspects of scrotum elasticity, responsiveness, temperature effects, and sensitivity are explored. Additionally, practitioners may stimulate the prostate internally and externally. When erect, manipulation of the flexibility and positioning of the Lingam occurs. Men may experience erections and subsequent detumescence multiple times during a session, and ejaculation is also common.
During these sessions, men are taught techniques for squeezing their muscles around the prostate, with the practitioner providing feedback on the effectiveness of the squeeze.
A significant part of the process involves discussing masturbation habits. Many men train themselves to ejaculate quickly, conditioning themselves for premature ejaculation.
The receiver is also encourage to try exercises to increase awareness of internal sensations, such as starting and stopping urination.
One common technique involves massaging the Lingam and prostate simultaneously, with the man signaling when he feels close to ejaculation. Stimulation is then paused, and the man is encouraged to squeeze his muscles to prevent ejaculation. This process not only helps with premature ejaculation but also guides men to experience multiple orgasms and to recirculate their energy.
Ultimately, the goal is to associate arousal with a connection to the Divine and to make ejaculations a conscious choice rather than a reflex. This is achieved through Tantric rituals, teachings on the male multi-orgasmic response, and an abundance of positive love and support.
